General explanation of services and introduction:

My name is Wayne Duke and I am the owner of Duke Sanitation Service. Some of you already know me as I have lived in the Chandler area for most of my life. Some of you I have not had the pleasure of meeting yet. I am looking forward to meeting you.

I will give you the most dependable and complete residential service available in this area. If at any time you have question or need to talk to me you can reach me at 903-849-5006 and I will do my absolute best to answer in a timely manner. We can also be reached online.

The following is a short overview of what we do now.

We ask that all of your loose household trash be bagged and tied up with a double overhand knot.
If you have cardboard please do not put any trash in it, we will pick it up with your trash and recycle it as long as I have a recycler to take it to.

On Thursday’s we pick up bulk debris. You will need to call and be placed on a extra pick up list. There is an extra charge for items that have to go to the landfill and that will be billed on your next invoice. We normally charge the amount that the landfill charges us to dispose of these items. Large bulk haul offs such as clean outs of garages, storage buildings, attics, rental property, or light construction debris are done on a per job basis and I will come out and give you a price before we do the work.

We also pick up non working appliances on Thursday’s at no charge as we are able to recycle these items. Aluminum cans are also recycled as long as they are bagged separately.

The only items we cannot pick up because of landfill restrictions: electronics (TV’s, computers, microwaves, etc.), pesticides/ poisons, automotive waste (oil, oil filters, tires, batteries, etc.)

Our statements print on the 21st of every month and we get them in the mail a day or two after. You should have them in hand by the last week of the month. They are due back by the 10th or 11th which gives you about 2- 2/12 weeks to get them back to us. Bills that are not paid in full by the due date will be subject to a $3.25 late charge. Those not paid by the next billing cycle will be subject to a suspension of service until paid. There are a couple of ways to pay: personal check sent to the P.O. Box on the statement, online through your bank, cash, or you may go to our payment page and use a debit or credit card. Account numbers are necessary to assure that the proper account is credited with your payment.

I am looking forward to serving you and meeting all of your trash needs in the future.

Thank you so much for supporting local businesses,

Wayne Duke
